i don't use outlook express or any other type of email program i only use web mail and i've done full anti-virus and spyware scans using norton protection center provided by my ISP BT and spyware doctor free version and i'm pretty sure my email address hasn't been hacked but i still get the spam which says it's from my own address but it couldn't have been as i was logged in when i got the email and also if it was sent by some one using my email at the same time i was logged in it would still appear in my sent folder but it didn't so i was just wonder how it happened and what can i do to stop it as i don't want my email address associated with spam, also why do i get emails in my inbox that aren't even address to me but the spelling is a bit similar to mine, surly i should only get emails that match my email address exactly?

Question #5:

SOMEONES TRYING TO HACK INTO MY COMPUTER PLEASE HELPP. EMERGENCY!?

Okay so earlier I went to watch this movie and this box popped up that sid run save or cancel and I hit run. It installed a bunch of spyware and stuff onto my computer. So I went to my aol protection and of course did scans. It found a bunch of trojans/spyware/and adware on our computer and so I removed them but obviously they're still there. A message pops up about every 15 minutes saying that someone is trying to access our ports which means find out all of our information like credit card numbers, which is really big.

Please help. We have a bunch of information.

Question #6:

Fake Virus Protection?

For a while now, my aol spyware protection keeps poping up and says it has found 2 trojans on my computer. AOL blocks them, but I want to make sure my computer is safe and frankly, I'm tired of this popping up. The 2 trojans it found are AntiVirusGold and SpyAxe 3.0. It has 2 options of what I can do with them. restore, or delete. However, if i say delete, it will just come up again and say it's still blocking them, meaning it doesn't delete the trojans, just the results of the scan. Oh, and I cant find it on "uninstall programs" because it doesn't show up on my list pf programs. Any help would be appreciated. :]

Question #7:

Is this spyware? Intervalhehehe?

Question #13:

Are these 2 minute virus scans actually accurate?

Windows automatically downloaded like a demo virus protection program because they said spyware was detected. Then it gave like a 2 minute scan and said it found 30 viruses!!??? I kind of freaked out. Then it told me to buy the actual virus protection to get rid of the 30 viruses. And now it won't let me go on any sites unless I buy it, I keep getting blocked. (I'm asking this question on another computer) Is this information reliable? Or is it just trying to get me to buy their product. Thanks!

I have VirusScan Enterprise and Malware Wipe 4.3 but my computer keeps popping up with the messege that the "windows has detected spyware infection" and my virusScan Enterprise is turned off! I can't figueout why all the sudden its not enabled. Question #20:

Type of spyware that blocks out your anti-spyware?

I don't know how I got it, but I've got some sort of unknown spyware on my system. I'm in need of help.

I've had three forms of protection on my computer every since Trend Micro's subscription ran out. They are:

Avira
Spybot - Search & Destroy
Spyware Blaster

All free. Avira and Spyware Blaster are working fine to my knowledge. Avira is anti-virus, which means that it can't detect or destroy the problem, and Spyware Blaster is just protection; it doesn't scan or anything.

The spyware itself is blocking Spybot - S&D, so I can't preform a scan with it. That's the problem. Furthermore, I can't access many antivirus websites. It's really a pain...any other way to detect what this is and how to get rid of it?

And one more thing...when I google search, it doesn't link to the search results. The results will pop up, but clicking on one will redirect me to sites like findstuff.com. Also annoying.
To the three that already posted:

None of those other anti-spyware programs worked either...I can't access the main website of one, and the installer programs for the other two won't boot up.

I haven't tried safe mode and running Spybot - Search and Destroy....how do I run my computer in Safe Mode?
System restore didn't work....spyware is still there. This is bad. -_-

Avira is gone now too.

Would it be possible to find the file and delete it manually?
